How Do I Make an Order?

1. Once you’ve found something you like, select the item’s Color, Size and Quantity by tapping on their respective drop down fields. After making the necessary changes, tap on Add To Cart to store the item in your order basket. 

2. Once you’re done with Review My Cart, you can proceed to Check Out.

How Can I Pay for my Order?

Choose prepare payment mode.

Can I Save My Credit/Debit Card Information?

No, there is no option to save your credit or debit card information. Even if you have already used the same card, we do not store your card details for the security of your account. If you will select PayPal or Credit/Debit card as your payment method, you will be asked to enter your card details each time you make an order. 

Order Confirmation?

confirmation email will be sent for all successful orders made. This contains your order number, the order amount, item(s) ordered, your billing and delivery address, including the payment method used and how you will be receiving order updates. 

Receipt of this email means that your order will soon be picked, packed, and shipped! You’ll get another email once your package has been handed over to our shipping partner containing your order tracking information. 

How Can I Changes My Order?

Once the check out process has been completed, changes to the order in terms of item/size/color/quantity can no longer be made. What you can do is cancel your order completely so you can place a new one with the changes you want. 

You have the option to cancel your order within an hour from the time you placed it. Email us at support@shoppershook.com to cancel it.

How to Track my order?

Once your order gets shipped, an email notification will send to let you know who from our shipping partners will deliver your package along with your order tracking number. To know the status of your order, just enter the tracking number provided on our shipping partner’s website.
